What are the payment methods for the order?
You can pay for your order online using the Fondy payment system with Visa or Mastercard, or with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If you prefer to pay for your order upon delivery or by another method, please specify the relevant option during the order process. Our manager will contact you to confirm the details.
Important! Orders with international delivery are dispatched only after full payment for the order and delivery (calculated individually for each order).
Can I arrange delivery abroad?
Yes, of course. All parcels outside Ukraine are sent by Ukrposhta. The estimated delivery time for orders is 2-3 weeks (depending on the distance).
You can also arrange delivery through your preferred carrier. If additional marking of the parcel is required, please specify this in the comments section of your order.
What is the dispatch and delivery time for orders?
All orders placed and paid for before 15:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders paid for after 15:00 are dispatched the next business day. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Usually, delivery by Nova Poshta within Ukraine takes 2-3 days, and by Ukrposhta – up to a week.
Is self-pickup possible?
Yes, you can personally pick up your order by prior arrangement at the following address: Kyiv, Sichovykh Striltsiv Street 52A.
