Flexi Line Top Up by SCULPTOR is a lash lifting solution №3 that provides deep care for eyelashes. The nourishing product restores hairs and fixes the curl, ensuring the creation of a "memory code". With the help of the fixing fluid, you can also make spectacular "needle" lashes to achieve an incredibly expressive look.
Lash lifting solution 3 from the Flexi Line system does more than just create a flawless curl. The fluid moisturizes the hairs, provides them with elasticity and a luxurious healthy shine. The product is enriched with many useful components that improve the condition of natural eyelashes.
The neutralizing fluid contains a unique large molecular polymer Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer. This component minimizes the stratification of the cuticle of the hairs and forms a moisture-repellent film on them. It is thanks to the action of the polymer that clients can not be afraid to get their eyelashes wet — they can wash their face immediately after the lash lifting procedure!
The third solution Top Up with a pH of 5.9-6.2 also contains a complex of plant proteins that are an alternative to animal keratin. The product has a pleasant aroma and improves the condition of hairs, including damaged and brittle ones. In addition, the fluid stimulates the growth of eyelashes, as it contains the component acetyltetrapeptide-5. The product also contains a complex of amino acids that thickens the hairs and gives them strength.
The safety of Top Up, as well as other products from the Flexi Line lash lifting system, has been confirmed by Italian ophthalmologists. The product can be used to work with clients who have hypersensitivity of the eyes and periorbital area, wear contact lenses and glasses. The fluid is characterized by moderate stickiness and a fairly dense consistency, thanks to which the product does not spread and is easy to apply. The product is also economically consumed: a 1 ml sachet of Top Up is enough for 5-6 applications.
After removing solution 2, apply Top Up to the lashes with a macrobrush. The fluid does not require rinsing, and it takes about 3 minutes to dry. Gently work the hairs from the root zone to the ends. This will allow you to fix the eyelashes well on the shields and create a "memory code", as well as remove the remnants of glue and tint. Remove the shields and run the fluid through the hairs again to consolidate the effect. If too much Top Up has been applied, use a slightly damp cotton swab to remove the excess.
