Delivery 


Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by one of the delivery services:


● Nova Poshta

● Ukrposhta



If there is an air raid in Kyiv at 17:00, postal companies close their offices and the delivery is postponed to the next day.


International shipments


● All international shipments are carried out by Ukrposhta


International shipping is calculated before shipment and paid by the recipient in advance.

After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number to track the parcel.

International delivery time: 1-3 weeks.

Sending is carried out after 100% prepayment of the goods, including the cost of delivery (international parcels are not sent by cash on delivery).


Sending orders

● Orders paid before 15:30 hours are shipped the same day.

● Orders paid after 17:00 are shipped the next day.

Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri), Saturday - day off.

Pickup

You can pick up the order yourself from 11:00 to 15:00 by prior arrangement at the address: 52a Sichovykh Striltsiv St., Kyiv.

Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday), Saturday - day off.

Payment.


After placing your order, make a payment through the Fondy payment link using a Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay or Google Pay.


Or choose to send by cash on delivery and we will contact you within a day after placing the order.


Our manager will select the most convenient payment method:

- cash on delivery;

- consider other payment options convenient for you.


Returns and exchanges


In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", buyers have the right to exchange or return non-food products purchased in the SCULPTOR WORLD online store within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that all the rules provided by the Law are met.


Goods that are NOT subject to exchange/return 

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods cannot be exchanged or returned if: 


The receipt (invoice) issued to the consumer at the time of purchase has been lost; 

The product has already been used and has scratches, chips or scuffs; 

The product packaging is damaged or missing; 

The product is included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged/returned.


The list of goods that cannot be exchanged/returned includes the following groups of goods: 


Perfumery and cosmetic products; 

Disposable materials; 

Personal use goods (brushes, brush sets, sponges); 

Goods in aerosol packaging;

Hair accessories; 

Face and body care products.


Exchange/return procedure 



If necessary, you can exchange/return the goods in the following way: via Nova Poshta/Ukraine Post: 

Inform the manager about the need to exchange/return the product and the reason;

Send the goods by Nova Poshta/Ukraine Post to the data provided by the store manager. The cost of sending is paid by the buyer, except for situations where a factory defect and other defects are found through the fault of the warehouse staff/manager.


Managers will receive your return/exchange and check the parcel for compliance with the rules of exchange and return. 

If an exchange is necessary, the warehouse staff sends the appropriate product to your address. 

If you need a refund, the manager makes a request to the accounting department. 

Refunds are made within 3 business days. 


All actions related to the shipment of goods that are returned or subject to exchange are paid by the buyer, except for factory defects or warehouse errors. 

IMPORTANT! All manufacturers reserve the right at any time, without obligation to notify, to make changes to the configuration, packaging design and characteristics that do not impair the quality of the goods.
